Notes from Hong Kong

Hey all.

 

As the fall draws to a close here in HK I find my self looking back on another fast pace season. Its been a few years since I have worked a full stretch on the HK side of the border. It has been a good brake from mainland living and has given me the chance to make a lot of new contacts and friends.

I started this season with a kayaking trip as a staff intro for 5 days in Sikung. Then two weeks off to play and go climbing followed by pretty much back to back programs till now. Thanks to all the people who came out to work this year it was so good to work with such a good team.

I will be heading back to Yangshuo soon and then making a visit to Chengdu to catch up with all my friends. For 2011 I will be based in Yangshuo but quite mobile with some of my time being spent in Yunan, Sichuan and other parts of China.
